Organization”) was incorporated on 2015, as a non-profit charitable private foundation with the goal “To positively impact the lives of adults and youth through financial literacy.” The Foundation was created by its founder, Broderick Taylor, to provide leadership and financial resources for inspired philanthropy that will directly impact the lives of children and adults in underprivileged communities in Ft. Worth, TX.
T.F.T. Organization has been a life-long journey of its founder to turn the principles of financial success into the principles of human significance. To maximize our impact in the community, T.F.T. Organization collaborates with other non-profit organizations, community programs, and partners to leverage financial resources and knowledge to pursue its mission. |

Broderick A. Taylor
President T.F.T. Organization was founded in 2005 and form into a Non-Profit in 2015 by Broderick A Taylor, who serves as CEO. Mr. Taylor is a native of Fort Worth, Texas and a United States Marine veteran. He has been employed with the Tarrant County Juvenile Service since 2015. Currently mentoring youth through the Youth Offender ReEntry Project. He is devoted to helping families and the youth in our community. Mr. Taylor has completed Dave’s Ramsey Financial Master Series to be equipped to help families with free financial coaching. Mr. Taylor is convinced that through prayer, dedication, and quality training our organization can help bring up Young World Changers!

Angela Ma
Secretary Board Member Angela Ma is a multifaceted individual with a rich professional background. Over the course of her career, Angela has assumed significant roles, including Executive Vice President at Proco Construction. Her extensive professional journey has honed her attention to detail, shaping her into an exceptionally meticulous individual. Angela’s outstanding communication skills, coupled with her ability to connect effortlessly with individuals from diverse backgrounds, underscore her versatility. Angela’s strength lies in her exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling her to build successful working relationships effortlessly. She is a goal-setter and a critical self-evaluator, constantly striving for personal and professional growth. Angela’s adaptability shines through her comfort in various sales and operational situations, where she excels in finding creative solutions to meet the needs of individuals and groups. Jason Lorch
Treasurer Jason Lorch is a small business owner who has founded and operated businesses in various industries. He owns a mortgage company, helping his clients find freedom through home ownership while setting a course for their overall financial independence. He also organized a multi-member LLC that provides medical courier services to labs and hospitals throughout his home state of Colorado. Although he and his wife Elissa reside in Fort Worth, he still oversees the company financials and provides remote personnel and operational support. He has always had a passion for personal finance and loves to share the foundational principles of financial freedom with others. In his off time, Jason enjoys volunteering as a youth ministry leader and adventuring with his wife and newborn daughter.

Dwayne E. Dalco
Board Member Dwayne E. Dalco is a 54 year old native of Beaumont, Texas. He’s a thirty year veteran of the Fort Worth Police Department. A minister of the Gospel; Husband; Father. Also he served on the Board of Directors for Tarrant County Meals on Wheels Inc., and as a volunteer delivering meals once a week. He’s a former President of the Fort Worth Black Law Enforcement Officers Association. Plus he has coached youth baseball for the YMCA and holds a Masters Certificate in law enforcement for the State of Texas.

Michael Taibi
Academic Coordinator Michael Taibi, 48-year-old God fearing man, married with 5 great children and 3 grand kids. I have a degree in Applied Science – Cisco Networking Support, several certifications in Computer Technology Support and Commercial Networking Infrastructure. I have mentored many colleagues at my previous employers, tutored many college students in the Information Technology sector.
I am a native of Arlington, Texas and love giving back to my community for stronger leadership in the future generations. I love serving people and spreading positive reinforcement, encouragement to everyone. |
Tyreece Washington
Feeding of Community Coordinator Tyreece Washington, a native of El Dorado, Arkansas has been in the DFW area for 15 years. He’s a devoted family man who’s married with one daughter. Tyreece is a Godly man that faithfully believes in using what his Father in Heaven has gifted him with in blessing others. He understands that Kingdom building is his purpose here on earth. Tyreece enjoys feeding the hungry and passionate about his cooking. He is an entrepreneur with two businesses: Big Time Smoker Catering and Robert D Xpressway LLC. In his very rare spare time, he enjoys activities outdoors: hunting, riding motorcycles, and projects around the house. Above them all, he loves being on the water fishing and teaching others how to enjoy the sport. His passion for fishing has become a ministry. Tyreece embodies the text from Matthew 4:19: “And he said to them, “Follow me, and I WILL MAKE YOU FISHERS OF MEN.”

Gary Hopkins
Gary Hopkins has 10 years of serving in the Pastoral ministry; serving churches in Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Gary is passionately devoted to Jesus Christ and His Word, and his life’s mission is to help and server others. Gary is a graduate of Arlington Baptist College with a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministries. He holds three Master’s Degrees from Liberty University; (Masters in Biblical Studies, Christian Ministry, and a Master’s of Divinity in Preaching. He completed his Doctor of Ministry from Covington Theological Seminary in 2014.

Javier Adame
Javier Adame is a seasoned marketing and advertising professional with over 23 years of experience in the field. He began his career in traditional marketing, working with print, radio, and TV mediums. As the industry evolved, he transitioned into interactive marketing, focusing on internet web-based advertising and social media.
Javier’s passion for cars began at the age of 13, and after dedicating 18 years to the agency world of marketing and advertising, he decided to pursue his love for the automotive industry. For the past 8 years, Javier has been providing marketing services for small automotive shops and other small businesses. He has also been actively involved in the Pro-Mod, Small Tire, and Big Tire racing teams, helping to promote and create track events. |
Marcus Burns
He has been in the transportation sector for over 25 years, most recently with UPS. Marcus has been mentoring the youth for many years as part of the long with standing Masonic fraternity/organization of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge Of Texas. There he has led and orchestrated events for helping families in our communities to successfully understand that there are good people always willing to lend a helping hand. Marcus has also coached and mentored the youth in sporting events as well, such as football, baseball, ect… His hope is that God can lead us all in knowing our true purpose in life, and that is to spread God’s word and help the people who can’t help themselves.

Dr. Ketra L. Davenport-King
Dr. Ketra L. Davenport-King, a native of Dallas, Texas, received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communication, Master of Arts in Christian Education, and Master of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University. She earned her Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. She has spent much of her life serving people in various capacities. One of her greatest joys is starting Life After Advocacy Group, Inc., in 2004, to help individuals who have been victims of sexual abuse recover and live a healthy life. Her heart’s desire is to give to others what God has given her “Internal Freedom.”

Kobby T. Warren
Kobby is a highly experienced, well-trained, extremely successful trial attorney, and, throughout the years, he has become one of the most recognized trial attorneys in the state. In addition to his ten-plus years of criminal defense work, Kobby was also an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County for several years. Kobby has tried ALL kinds of criminal cases, both federal and state, including, but not limited to, capital murder (where the state seeks the death penalty), murder, aggravated robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, family violence assault, sexual assault, driving while intoxicated, and all types of drug cases. Because of Kobby’s extensive training and experience, he has been quoted in numerous publications and featured on _After the First 48_ on the A & E Network. Based on his career path and legal knowledge it is no surprise that Kobby is very passionate about helping our youth and community know and exercise their rights.

Jalie E. Morris
Jalie E. Morris is the Director of Administration for Tomorrow’s Families Today. Jalie is responsible for assisting the team with the vision of the organization. Helping the team with strategic decision making and operations as Tomorrow’s Families Today continues to enhance its quality program and expand across DFW. “I’ve been working with youth for over 10 years. Tomorrow’s Families Today is my way of helping make a positive change for our youth.” Jalie attended graduate school at the University of Texas at Arlington where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work and became a Licensed Master Social Worker in 2016.
